1. Introduction
These Terms of Service ("Terms") govern your use of React Icon Exporter ("the Plugin"), a Figma plugin operated by Yaroslav Khotchenko ("we", "us", or "our").
By using the Plugin, you agree to these Terms. If you do not agree, do not use the Plugin.
2. Description of Service
React Icon Exporter is a Figma plugin that allows users to export SVG icons from Figma as React components. The Plugin provides:
- Automatic icon detection and scanning
- Icon renaming with configurable naming conventions
- Export to React (.tsx) components
- ZIP file download
3. License
We grant you a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable, revocable license to use the Plugin in accordance with these Terms.
You may not:
- Copy, modify, or distribute the Plugin
- Reverse engineer or decompile the Plugin
- Use the Plugin for any unlawful purpose
- Share your license with others
4. Subscription and Payment
Free Plan
The free plan allows limited use of the Plugin (up to 20 icons per export). No payment is required.
Pro Plan
The Pro plan requires a paid subscription. Pricing is:
- Monthly: $9 USD per month
- Annual: $79 USD per year
Payments are processed securely by Lemon Squeezy. By subscribing, you also agree to Lemon Squeezy's terms of service.
Trial
New users may access a 7-day free trial of the Pro plan. No credit card is required to start the trial.
Cancellation
You may cancel your subscription at any time. Upon cancellation, you will retain access to Pro features until the end of your current billing period.
Refunds
We offer refunds within 14 days of purchase if you are not satisfied with the Plugin. Contact us at support@reacticonexporter.dev to request a refund.
5. User Content
You retain all rights to the icons and designs you export using the Plugin. We do not claim ownership of your content.
The Plugin processes your icons locally within Figma. We do not store or transmit your design files to external servers.
6. Disclaimer of Warranties
The Plugin is provided "as is" without warranties of any kind, either express or implied, including but not limited to warranties of merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, or non-infringement.
We do not warrant that the Plugin will be error-free, uninterrupted, or free of harmful components.
7. Limitation of Liability
To the maximum extent permitted by law, we shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages arising out of or related to your use of the Plugin.
Our total liability shall not exceed the amount you paid us in the 12 months preceding the claim.
8. Changes to Terms
We may update these Terms from time to time. We will notify you of significant changes by posting a notice in the Plugin or on our website.
Your continued use of the Plugin after changes constitutes acceptance of the new Terms.
9. Governing Law
These Terms are governed by the laws of Poland. Any disputes shall be resolved in the courts of Poland.
